BobbyG2
Actually, Glue and wood is all you need. Screws are just to clamp the wood together while the glue drys. I, however, would use fiberglass just to give me peace of mind. *New vehicle and system coming soon.*

mobileaudiophiles
PL premium construction adhesive and mdf is all you need. That is what I use on all my boxes and 99% of my boxes do not contain a single screw. They are pretty rediculously solid. Blocks or 45s along the inside edges will also help, but I would just fill all the gaps between the outer walls of the box and the inner walls of the vehicle with spray foam. OBI
Not really pocket hole and kreg-jig are the same Also my truck and anouther I worked on also did 160's with out the use of any fiberglass Hey man I heard these don't work great with MDF. Whats your opinion on that?
AMI CUSTOMS
I used kreg jig on my wall and u can see the numbers I do. Mine also has fiberglass in the corners to help round them better. My wall is all mdf kreg jig worked great just use the kreg screws or you will split the shit out of it using deck screws lol. The glue is only surface bond.
