its only 4 bolts. i removed it once when i first got it because i was going to wall it. but right as i got it out and started measuring i got yelled at by the wife so i put it back in

i have the same body style truck i raised my seat 2 inches and got alot more room under my seat to build a bigger box. but seriously doubt that you could ft 3 12s under there.

Do a blowthrough.. simple enough and you can keep your seats..
