Leo1103 Posted April 17, 2014 Author Report Posted April 17, 2014 box is built, 2 layer of 3/4 mdf throughout with a 3 layer sub baffle tossed some primer on too made another center console, this one is #5 or 6, dont have any recent pics of the bond work on it yet this rusted off last week, gotta love new england rust lol starting the doors they need some sanding and filler but its fine for now bought a new charger some shca 2/0 for the 5k and rcas new front batt and tm terminals installed baffles being glued in this pic you can see where i had to notch the back corners of the box so it could clear the suspension braces, I added around 8-10 layers of chop mat so its solid now. thats all fro now, gna mount amps and wire them up tonight, then go do some tl testing tomorrow morning and then leave for the tdh show 2002 Honda CR-VAlpine 9887My BuildRebuilding... About a year ago I took 2 12" power acoustic mofos and made one sub. I took the magnet and the motor off of one and j b welded it to the other motor and magnet. I had to wind my own voice coil so it would work. After I was done hooked up to 2 boss 5000w amps. And shattered my back and all my side windows came to this thread to recommend soundqubed and ct sounds. OP goes with soundstream. oh lawd.
