Bigsix
Meh.... So he built a junk AK from a shovel. I give points for the creativity, but nothing else. It really isn't mind boggling or anything though, as an AK receiver is retarded easy to build. Other than using a beat ass shovel to pound flat to get my base sheet metal, I have done exactly this multiple time. 1999 Lincoln Town Car-(build underway) - (2) SA15s, 4th order, DAT 2500.1, O2 mids n highs, 250a alt, HC 2400, Big 3.... 1994 Pontiac T/A for speeding tickets.- - Currently on jack stands, wanting to be a real race car "Your local forecast, all the ladies in the metro area should expect to see 8 inches tonight" - The Todd Decaf, on 01 November 2011 - 02:38 PM, said: i provide the ammo for destruction, the trigger finger is connected to the volume knob tho URBAN GORILLA AUDIO

Imma have to disagree N8, minimal fab tools honestly, nothing at all involved that would be hard or expensive to get. I can/have built AK receivers from plain flat sheet metal with nothing more than a small harbor freight press, readily available AK Builder receiver jig, a cheapo 90amp wireless welder, a dremel, and some hand tools. Honestly nothing more than a cpl hours in my garage... And thats taking time to have some beers.
Bigsix
When one does some research, and sees the weapons that have come out of the sand box, that build thread becomes even less impressive, you got guys overseas, making/repairing/ modifying AKs with hand files, rocks, and a cave....and not much else. 1999 Lincoln Town Car-(build underway) - (2) SA15s, 4th order, DAT 2500.1, O2 mids n highs, 250a alt, HC 2400, Big 3.... 1994 Pontiac T/A for speeding tickets.- - Currently on jack stands, wanting to be a real race car "Your local forecast, all the ladies in the metro area should expect to see 8 inches tonight" - The Todd Decaf, on 01 November 2011 - 02:38 PM, said: i provide the ammo for destruction, the trigger finger is connected to the volume knob tho URBAN GORILLA AUDIO
n8ball2013
i could have swore i read somewhere that he had a plasma cutter and stuff like that. granted you could do it without one and an ak is extremely simple to build and tear down. 8ight
I'm sure there are more impressive ways to improvise an AK. Why don't you share? Just found this to be interesting. I'm gonna hate
