Exposport my best advice would be to get a gym membership, you cant really do compound exercises all that well with bodyweight. But here is a awesome site if you don't want to go to the gym http://www.rosstraining.com/

I'm with 01xtreme here, I'm making my own ECA stack, I will probably take out the aspirin tho. You can become dependent on ephedrine so you gotta be careful, do you cycle when your on it?

ima check that site out. i'd get a membership...but i can see myself not going. tired after work, no time, etc. i like the convenience in my room. i just want some personal improvement is all. thanks for the link tho

just started my EC cycle today...i do 3 weeks on 1 week off.

Thats what I might be doing, maybe a little longer on/off. Now I just gotta go buy my stuff. At the moment I'm trying to change my diet from my bulk (FUCK I'm hungry lol) The ephedrine should help with that a little.

PS Anyone reading this and thinking "Hey I should go get this stuff" I really don't recommend it if you haven't been working out for long, or lack knowledge of diet. You really gotta be careful and know the dangers (just like riods), there's a reason why they aren't allowed to sell this stuff together off the shelf.

side note: i got 325lbs on squat for 4 reps

still workin on the bench (300lb goal) and deadlift (450lb goal)

i likes me some audio stuff...

Back in highschool i was putting up 150 weighing 120, sophmore year.

the most i've lift was 380 for max on bench press. i have leg pressed up to 1200 ........ years later came a hurt left shoulder and bad knees.
