91explorer Posted January 2, 2013 Report Posted January 2, 2013 i went to a caraudio show a few years back and i remeber a guy with a honda crx with a sundown saz 4500d and with 4 sa 12"s and a few batteries in the back and a stock 70 amp alt. i was wondering how could he do this without a highout alt? the reason i ask this is because my wife wants to go to some car shows with me this year and she wants to run 2 soundstream rub2500d and a soundstream rub600.4 but the biggest alt she can get for her 92 toyota tercel is a 150amp alt.she has XS Power XP950 up front and 2 XS Power D3400 in the trunk.will this be enough power for alittle over 500 amps? Head unit Pioneer deh-80prs Sub Amp Highs Amp Skar audio Lp 60.4 Tweeters and Highs 2 Skar audio fsx 6.5 and 2 spx-t Subs Batteries? alt?
