8" subs are getting insane

When I started getting into car audio people like Wayne Harris were cool because they had 24" subs in there extreme builds. Now I am seeing sick builds with a 8" subs. Never thought that would happen. I am not comparing the subs, I am giving props to the following companies and all of the other companies making this possible. But the Sundown SA 8, Future X 8, DD 9508 and DC 8m3 are f**king ridiculous. I love 8" builds, bring the bass.

yeah i cant wait till i get my sundown audio sa-8, i bought it friday and will ship in sometime this week. That subwoofer in a .63ft3 35hz tuned box is what im going to be running with a hifonics hfi1000d at 2 ohms. I cant wait to see the look on my friends face when they see how incredible one 8" subwoofer is on just 1000w. lol

Its even better because im 16 so most of friends dont know anything about the actual specs of audio equipment yet and just brag about having one or two 12" subwoofers running off of a 1000w max amplifier (in a generic subwoofer box) which only pushes somewhere around 250-500 watts rms for the pair.

Meh it's not that much, by the way you'd be running 750rms with that amp at 2 ohms sir.
