Me too lol im super anal about that how do you plan on sealing it off and dont say you srent thibking that far ahead snd be one of those guys who will mount subs and cruise it without thibking things through. Ill leave this thread right now

Lol Kyle was telling me how you guys were trying to use a diamond port like mine. I love the look.

I wss going to use it in mine couldnt get the area right. Kyle was going to try it he couldnt either. I see alot of ideas of mine that get used. Im glad you could mske it work though. It eats up a ton of room compared to a standard slot

Just busting you up a lil.

My builders worked on it for 3 days... moving this and that... and, in the end,... I made the choice to not use it where the port per and tuning would have landed. It is what it is.

And, yes.. it looks cool. Glad it worked for you.

Already planned that out mah man. Was going to use gorilla tape from the edges of the box and run it to the ceiling, floor, and b pillars. Then glass over the tape, body fill. Make it look flush, and make the panels removable. And be able to screw into the pillars/box. And foam will be behind the panels, under the box, on top. etc.

big square box...gonna need lots of bracing, which I've heard you say you have planned

The 2x4's are good bracing for the panels. I'm more concerned with the corners and baffle. I've almost got all the edges glassed so far. And then gonna go over all of them one more time. I'm glassing two layers of mat at a time.
