I apologize Ken for starting an argument in your thread but when someone responds to me basically saying I don't know jack shit about what i'm talking about it kinda pisses me off, i'm pretty sure this isn't the first time we've voiced our different opinions in a thread, i'm done I gave you my opinion and that's the end of it.

since when are AQ woofers only meant for higher frequencies? LOL. may i direct you to this video?

may I direct you to this video also?

I never said they don't get low, this setup is my friends setup and it's probably one of the nastiest 2 12's setups i've ever heard, tuned to 30hz but doesn't pick up much above 42hz.

thats his fault for tuning so low then. user error, not the woofers fault. anybody that knows AQ decently knows that if you tune low, you risk losing top end frequencies.

Ok, that's exactly where i'm getting at, tune low and it will get stupid low but at the same time you're sacrificing a lot of the subs top end capability.

...you can still get low even if you tune to the recommended 35-37hz range.

Get them you will not be disappointed.....the video doesn't do them justice haha they really move a lot. I've got a crescendo 3500 @.5 on each of my hdc4 12's and I think I could easily push more power through them
