The principle is when you well something especially in good condition it's suppose to be I'm good working order. If it's not working then you are suppose to list that in the ad and why

I think general consensus on that subject would be to ban him anyway. With his conduct and general attitude, he is making it obvious that he wont be contributing anything worthwhile to the site as a whole anyway..

I agree with that, but we aren't talking an amp that won't power on. We are talkin an amp that won't power on because it needs a $4 fuse.
