EFF all that shit, i got a life and homework to do . So how about some lovin?! I promise ill take a nice video here soon. Bad news is… I found out that i was clipping a little. But i fixed that. and i can play full tilt for a LONGGGG time now. So far like 30 minutes is my record. (had a 4hour drive from my racquetball tournament in dallas yesterday) Im like 1db quieter on the ear o meter, My flex is a little less, and i can't paper trick as good anymore. But if i don't break any more equipment I'm happy. Swordlordboy1234 Posted February 2, 2014 Author Report Share Posted February 2, 2014 how'd you find out you were clippin? Crazy cone movement difference between 75% LC1 volume and 95% lc1 volume. I used my CT sounds bass knob and ran it outside the car, Turned up my LC1 to make the amp believe it wasn't there and used the CT bass knob clipping indicator. I found out that i was not clipping near like 30-38hz but below that i was clipping hard and my subs were moving like FUCKKKKKKK… So i adjusted my gains again and now i can play 24hz--50hz with zero clipping on the CT bass knob (that i don't use) and no distortion on the DD1. I can play my subs practically forever now and they sound great. I just lost a little air movement and flex and db. Not much at all. But i noticed. But not breaking equipment is worth it to me. Id rather up the power…. So i guess that means the accord build will not be done as soon as i thought. More power to come after all electrical and beauty upgrades of course. lol, you call that snow?
