So are you using 2 of your 4 channels on the 6x9? what are the other 2 channels running?

There you go ... before I replaced product, optimize your install, then upgrade equipment if you have to ...

T2 6.5 comps in the front

How are they installed ?? proper deadning and as much airspace as possible ???
Lol no deadening I just threw them in to replace factory speakers it's in an 04 Buick lesabre tweeters replaced also
Optimise your install and then replace product if you have to.

I'll admit, half way through sanding that fiberglass in the rain and cold while I was all itchy I was definitely starting to question why i was doing this haha

You mean 6.5s like a ton of air? I have always wondered this. So would it be idea to seal up all the gaps in the door panel with deadner (sealing the door up), or just use deadner on the panels themselves?(leaving all the gaps open)

A good install makes use of the airspace in the door as the enclosure, deadening is the easiest and most common way to do it.

I'm gonna hate

So it is a good idea to seal those gaps up in someway? It seems to me that there would always be more holes somewhere

There always will be, It helps to get as close to 100% coverage as possible.
