Then I'd say escalate it. He's pretty much made it clear he could care less about shipping or refunding anything right now. Remember, you only have 45 days to dispute anything via PayPal, so if you've already wasted a week dealing with him, if he finally ships late, that's all the less time you have to sort it out if there is a problem with the items purchased. I know lots of Marines at Cherry Point I also know a narcotics detective in Raleigh. Do we really want to screw people here? Not intending on being a bad guy here, but I'm in the Jacksonville area. I deal with a number of deputies and detectives in 2 surrounding counties including Duval for school. I'm more than happy to do a home visit if need be. The original issue was that the price to ship it was no where near the quotes I got online and it cost nearly as much to ship the items as what the 2 people payed for them. I didn't go about things the right way and I have no other excuse, but I will say I did not have any intentions of scamming anyone or keeping anything anyone bought, I just wanted to find a cheaper way to ship things.
