I hate to ask this: but is the battery in properly and plugged in all the way? My battery fit pretty snugly into the connector.

I'd be shocked if it didn't turn on because they test every unit before it goes out the door

Don't they test them and the damore hq and then Steve checks them again?

So they get checked twice that they work

OP it is weird

every unit is tested before it leaves. Send it back, i will reimburse you shipping costs and give you a new one. I have no idea what is wrong but im not gonna make you wait, just get mea tracking number (for the return) and your name/address and i will take care of it for you. Shouldn't be but $10 to ship, tops and if the unit does not work, i will paypal that to you. Its really no big deal. Although i am not sure why you posted that here instead of emailing me first. Don't worry though i got you.

email me @ [email protected]

thanks! and sorry for the hassle (if it is indeed our fault)

the only reason i posted on here cuz i thought maybe i was doing something wrong or something like that, my only guess was that there was barely any packing peanuts in the box and maybe it got tossed around too much?or maybe i just need a different brand of battery? i put a duracell in it and i did get a flicker on the power led? but if the battery was dead wouldnt the low battery led come on? i dont know but anyways no harm meant! just really surprised it didnt turn on thats all!

so am i assuming you grabbed a battery out of your old remote control and it wouldn't light up? (something like that anyway :D) but with a duracell, it flickers? is the Duracell new? Try a brand new battery. Let me know. Thanks!
