If you did end that person's life for a period of time, and that person is pronounced dead. That is murder. Shooter was charged with assault with a deadly weapon. Recently, the victim passed away due to complications of being paralyzed. Shooter got brought back to trial on murder charges and was found guilty. This kid should have been sentenced to life or death row. I dont care if hes only 12, when you start doing shit this violent and dedicated the trial should treat you as an adult Everythings in the attic or garage since the truck was sold last year.
