tejcurrent Posted February 18, 2008 Author Report Posted February 18, 2008 Thanks again guys! It did turn out better than I thought it would given the warped/waterdamaged wood. The box sounds really good. It gets the lows awesome, it eats up 30hz no problem. It's no where near as loud as it was in my yukon, but it's in a trunk instead of an suv. I'm so used to listening to huge setups it's hard to comment on the volume of it, but it still gets loud enough to shake things in the cup holder and vibrate your nose a bit. I'd say it's pretty close to the pair of 15s sealed in a vic I heard earlier this week (though they should be much louder, and will be after they're ported I'm sure). I'll hopefully meter it friday and see how it's doing. I wouldn't expect much, but it's plenty for my wife and it's a nice bit of thump when I'm in there I'm glad I went ahead and cut that hole for the amp like I originally planned, it does look pretty nice to see that hifonics lit up. I took a pic but it's daylight so it's not very visible. I'll try to snap a good one tonight. tejcurrent XS Power T3
