So i picked up a little mtx 200w amp on the cheap. 30x2 rms 4ohm, 60x2 rms 2ohm, 120w rms bridge 4ohm/200w max. Im planning to buy a mid woofer like a 6.5. Im still on a budget and ive been looking at t-lines for a while.
I found this woofer,

but im not sure about its T/S specifications if it would be good for a 1/4 wave t-line.
What do you guys think? What are the minimum specs that you guys would use if you were going to build this?

Agree with what has been previously said, Tang Band for the win. I believe Dayton may make a 6.5" sub as well. Do it though, Im excited to see a build with a small driver in a transmission line.

Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

I would love to do a build. My dad was like You better not put another big ass box back there. I was like NOOOOOO!!!!
So maybe i can talk a friend into it. Ive talked at least a dozen friends into getting subs and paying me a little to help install. Its a win win.
Ive got to try out box designs and make money.
So as a mid, either a tang band or how does the gold wood sound? Im thinking crossing it at 80hz? Well atleast in my mind for a while. lol
