The foam is pretty hard. No reason it should eat the foam. Don't mix the resin too hot. Wrap the foam in the fleece and then resin it. It is fully hard in about an hour and no issues with the foam being ate away.

Ya know what, I have seen this thread plenty of times and I never realized you guys never used not one bit of actual fiberglass.

Just soaking the felt with resin, then duraglassing it.

Whats up with that? Just wondering.
