The suspect pictured walking away is a complete assumption that he's walking away with the backpack you can't make out a backpack he's wearing a jacket. Shooting it full of bullets was a stated fact by authorities, him standing unscathed was a pic by authorities choppers, the fact he still had his bookbag after the first and second bomb was reporters images that werent seen as evidence towards the case at all. The "navy guy" having one matching the tattered exploded one before but not after the explosions was caught by photos not of the authorities bur actual witnesses and bystanders. Do you really think the government would send in a Navy Seal, with a back pack full of explosives, place the back pack on the curb, and just walk away? As if there isn't thousands of pics and videos capturing what's going on. I think the government could come up with a little better strategy than what's being suggested.
