I used to have to adjust my Stinger every couple weeks. My stinger hasn't treated me too bad. Used a DMM to set the voltage at the amp and I know my alt charges 14.8 cold 14.5 hot and I always read those numbers every day on my meter. No doubt it needs to be replaced with a vm1 but those damn things are so freaking BIG. they are not really that big. it surprised the hell out of me when I got it and saw how small it is.
