SnowDrifter
What if you were to get some acrylic sheets and heat-bend it? ~~~~~~~~SAY NO TO PHOTOBUCKET~~~~~~~~ Snow's DD-1 tracks here: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/167433-snows-dd-1-tracks/ My take on OFC vs CCA: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110381-things-that-piss-you-off-in-the-car-audio-world/?do=findComment&comment=2461444
Pioneerchuck
This video should help you out. Its basically the same concept except they used a painted piece already. So all youd have to do is coat your piece in resin, then paint it with a clear coat then apply the gel coat.
Torres
you say it's gotta seal it off, right? how much pressure does this need to withstand? if it needs to be fairly strong, i'm thinking it may need to be too thick to bend in order to seal it properly
Mtnbikecrazy55
Keepers why is everyone make this so difficult?? MDF can't bend much till it reaches its breaking point. The fibers are so small. Get some 1/4 or 1/2" plywood and then cut it to Shape, then, soak it in water overnight. Then take it out, dry it off so it's not dripping wet, then put it into place, and it will dry to shape. It should likely fit without havering to wet it, but why not anyway just to be sure. I betcha it would work I hate long signatures.... ...what the fuck is wrong wiht you you fucking fuckity fuck fuck head... Katt
Can you do a cardboard template with foil on it over everything, maybe, stickytape the back of the fiberglass matte, or have it held down someway, then fiberglass it, then take off the cardboard, and you have your template left over? Something along those lines? *06 330i - Sundern x12 - saz-3500* *91 Foxbody V1 S-Trim Notch*
