Do you have it so it's like 2 separate sides until the back of the port or is there a space on the bottom connecting each side of the box? If you get what i'm saying lol Mine's open but i'm thinking it would help if both sides were seperate Team Flex Issues

Rounded on the bottom sides. EDIT: If I don't like it, I will shoot some foam under there. I think it will be ok though. Hopefully My 2005 s10 blazer build. 4 zcon 18's walled.

You got a point but I have heard that the less common walls a port has, the more efficient it is. Like aeros are super efficient. I'm no expert though. My 2005 s10 blazer build. 4 zcon 18's walled.

I used Elmer's wood filler for the screw holes and Bondo bodyfiller for the big stuff. The wood filler was easy to use but I found it hard to get smooth in the holes, kept wanting to get sucked out when I went over with putty knife if you know what I'm saying. This sanding/finishing/paintig stuff is time consuming as hell. Just ordered my paint today My 2005 s10 blazer build. 4 zcon 18's walled.
