They offer a service for someone to drive you and your car over the bridge if you are uncomfortable driving over it lol. And yeah, it's cool until you get 1/3 of the way across, hit the grating, and the temp drops 30 degrees mid summer. Last time I went across it was June '07, 93o before bridge, 67o on, 92o on other side. Even if wind speeds get too high and you have a load on your car/truck you have to be escorted.
