Quiet
I think I found my new favorite thermal paste. 12c drop in temps as compared with IC diamond INB4 SRP365 sees this lappys seem to need new paste periodically since they get flexed a lot compared to a desktop, so it's likely it's just because you reapplied, not so much the formulation. But what new paste are you using? Quote 2007 Pacifica Rebuild. Less quiet. Still not loud.

But what new paste are you using? Been high temps since day 1. Decided to do something about it haha Liquid metal ultra. Gallium based TIM, metal, liquid at room temperature. Pretty slick. It's NOT hard to apply as I've read. Clean surface, dot of TIM, "paint it," assemble, done. Just watch what you're doing, don't spill. That being said I never removed my CPU to apply it so meh. Surprised they are expanding right now. Family friend works finances for Chevron, word is a fair number of jobs are being cut soon. Broke Audio Addict, fucking do it man. Learn the trade. Wish I would have taken it at the local Vo-Tech during highschool instead of taking college classes. It's a hell of an art to learn.
