Police can't ask you to stop recording nor can they ask you to leave a public place legally unless you were in the actual crime scene. They definitely can't do what he did. They definitely can't do what he did. what about when someone has barricaded himself in a residence 2 houses down and they call and say to stay in your house? Happened to me is why I am asking. Not arguing, simply curious. Dude shot a shotgun and was "suicidal" but was in his house and wouldn't come out. Swat up and down the street for hours. Police called told me to stay indoors. Anyway, I am not taking sides on the video but in this day and age they can charge you with so many things for doing so little. obstruction? impeding investigation? disorderly? IDK, simply curious. Like I said, I would think what she was doing could have been legal IF* she wasn't so close and wasn't talking shit the whole time. Could be wrong though. Also you're right cops do charge people with lots of various things by trying to manipulate the laws to benefit them.
