what is normal voltage drop? time for new alt?

I wouldn't solder. Just my 2 cents. yeah it looks neat, but causes resistance. crimp.

better remove your distro blocks and fuse block/fuses with this logic too...............................................................

down rpping vanderbilt. 30 miles from victoria. i own the 3rd loudest setup here out of 3. but i did put together all 3 setups

Solder/Crimp/Set-screw small awg.

Crimp/Set-screw larger awg such as 2awg & up ...

I prefer set-screw(s) all the way around.

solder myself... any and all wire

the resistance is minuscule... you have more resistance from the lug on the battery post than solder in the fucking lug

just solder your wire directly onto the posts

i have 2 runs of postive and negative... 0.00 voltage drop from front to back

0.00 from alt to front battery
