The site recommended tuning to 31hz so that's why its that low. My gain was set about 3/4ths of the way up or a little less. The sub does have all the cooling options. The amp shouldn't be clipping at all (bass boost all the way down) ill post some pics of the box later. I surely can't guess what his pre-out voltage is, and therefore I can't guess WHERE his gain pot should go. OP, As Snow asked, did you set your gain with an O-scope or a DD1? Have you checked your grounding points for your batteries and amps? What kind of DC voltage are you seeing at the amp inputs? Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
