Neither of which are very reliable. 299 is pretty cheap, but your car burning down because of some piece of shit amp, is worth actually spending the money on a quality backed piece of equipment. I'm running 2 10" subs and 2 3000 watt amps by PURE. MEMPHIS mids and highs and I love it!! Although I have to admit I do not understand much about sounds. I haven't had any issues with it.
