need to know what AMP is needed for 2 12" audiobahns 400 watt rms each, duel 2 ohm voice voils. so i think thats a possible (0.5 ohm or 2.0 ohm) end load

if the car doesn't stall, you have enough voltage.

pricey? what about a crunch 600w max?

You pay what you get for, AQ has clean power, 600w RMS or watts? If its watts then it's most likely 200-300RMS. When A amp says 600w MAX, it means that with EVERYTHING turned up it puts out 600w, which you will NOT want to. I'd go with the AQ all day err day son, patience grasshopper.

Go look at Steve's amp test Tuesday with the crunch 1000 or something like that. They do not do rated power and probly sound like ass. The soundqubed is probly the best you will get for cheap. Also what is your budget on a amp so we can help more

I'd be wary putting 800 watts to those subs, but they don't really need a lot of power to move either. I think anywhere from 200-300 per woofer would be a great daily choice and all under $150 pretty much.

Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?
