OK cool I ask them how to pay. 2 weeks later they contact me again with payment info. OK whatever I paid it this is July 10th or so and they tell me at the most 3 weeks they'll expedite me since I already waited 3 weeks. 3 weeks go by and I email them. Nothing. Another week send an email nothing. Here it is end of August still no response after about 6 weeks and a dozen emails.. They were kind enough to offer a full refund but I elected to wait and their design was awesome and worth the wait. The customer was happy with the performance and look of his design and it out up solid numbers. Would I use them again? If a customer wants. And my statement holds, if he has 7 builds at once, dont accept money for designs, if he has no builds, accept money for designs and get them out in a week or two.
