I don't see why you would want to complicate matters, especially running fully active. What do you plan on doing? running a tweeter to the left and a mid to the right side of the left side amp (and vice versa)? Bass off the right amps left and mids/highs off the right amps right? LOL Don't do that bro, it is going to make your life a mess. If you are asking this question, you probably are not ready for the mess you are going to create for yourself. If you have 2 amps for your mids/highs, use one for your mids and the other for the tweets. If you have 2 amps TOTAL, use one for the woofers the other for the highs. If you have 3 amps use one for lows, one for mids/ one for highs. Don't make it more complicated then you need to. Running fully active is not for the rooky-est rooky as it is. deadbroke Posted August 30, 2013 Author Report Posted August 30, 2013 yeah im not really sure what he meant by crosstaIk never looked into it but I was more curious as to if it was something people did. i'm not really sure what I want to do with the system but i wanted to get the mounting locations setup and the wiring in place. i have 2 sets of 6.5 components in my mega cab with one set in front doors and another set in the rear doors with focal crossovers powered by a t600-4. i planned on having 2 sets of re xxx 6.5s ran by two t600-4 amps (one for left mids and highs and one for right mids and highs) and have my subs run off of a t4000 all processed with a 360.3. i have been told not to have tweeters in the rear doors but i wanted some kind of rear fill so i'm up in the air with that one. i'm open with suggestions i have a t4000 already and moved some seats around to put in a couple 18s but i want my mids and highs to keep up with the bass

I would think the only way that could happen is power wiring or defective amplifier... so don't do that... like Steve said it will complicate things even if you think it makes it easier... one amp for mids and one amp for highs.... works like a charm... also, if you're planning on running 4 component sets then good luck...
