Emmet
Wonder could it be the same as resistors? Certain tolerances can be more expensive? Curious to know this as well. i shook this one kids hand and it just folded in mine. long story short i fucked his girlfriendso.. yeah.. You want this to happen to you? Give decent handshakes people. Soccerballzs
Stay with the Name Brand higher quality in product. Lower quality has a tendency to blow quicker or not be stated amp rating. A 250 amp fuse should not cost $3.00 for example. Stay with Stinger,Rockford Fosgate,Orion,KnuKoncept for fuses. http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/garage/vehicle/2438-jeep-commander/I Pioneer P99RSAmpere 38002-Ampere 125/44-6.5 inch Hertz HSK XL Mids4-8 inch JL Audio ZR Midwoofer 2-5.25 Satori Mids2-Morel Tweeters, 2 Hertz Milles 3 inch on A pillars2-Hertz Silk tweeters DC Audio Level 5/12 Skyhigh Wire Mechman 320 XS Power D3100MO Funniest Thread of the Year 2013: http://www.stevemead...dy-being-a-pos/

MACnonsence6
I agree with what was said I had a big glass 60 amp fuse when running my ap1500 @ 2ohms and a 50x4 rms amp and it was fine then when I ran the same with an audiopipe 100 amp fuse inline with just the amp it distorted the fuse its all blue and warped hasn't blown though am running a 150 inline now as that's what I should be ap1500 wants 100 amp fuse and the 4 chan wants 50 I picked up an MTX Sw1212 powered subwoofer today. This thing sounds amazing. 130 watts, 12" woofer with a passive 12" woofer tuned to 27 hz. Moving the pictures on the walls and my girl got wet from the bass when i showed her haha. Tonight should be good haha.
David Bailey
Is every brand of ANL fuses the same? Brand X gold ANL 250 amp vs Brand Y gold ANL 250 amp. Big difference in price in some, why? Thanks fellas I am surprised that a man that has built a system like yours wouldn't have already done research on this. I mean, how many fuses to you have in The Black Nasty? Good question though, I have wondered the same when ordering fuses on amazon. Did you get that scar tissue when you got your vagina installed? AMI CUSTOMS
I run Stinger always have, always will most likely. That isn't the question or related what so ever, I want to know if that is a fact that one brand will blow faster then another. Hell I can test this myself and probably will but just hoping someone else can save me the time.
