IBleedMusick
buy a 7-11 or McDonald franchise and put the rest away in a personal safe! What "Rest" lol A McDs franchise is $1 million Not quite purchasing any franchise usually depends on what the restaurant is worth. You only have to put down a percentage of that in cash. 9 times out of 10 with 100k you can start almost any type of fast food chain more so depends on where its located and what the land is worth in the area. I would buy one that is already built and preferably one near a college. Plus you walk into any bank with 100k with the idea to buy a fast food joint as long as you have decent credit and a business plan you shouldn't have any issues acquiring a loan to buy out any franchise that already exists...in theory. 2013 Dodge Charger Build Log 1996 Ford Explorer XLT 5.0Build Log 2005 Honda Civic LX Coupe Build Log SMD SUPER SELLER!!!!My Selling Feedback

David Bailey
Invest in yourself. Put yourself through school and learn how to make more money, or manage your own money. Get a business degree, or learn a trade. Then, with your new found knowledge, use the money to start your own business or invest in another business. knubs
overall my friend will get more than $100k, but will probably have $100k to really work with and then be able to have a good chunk put away still. if he ended up deciding to open a business or something i'm sure he would be willing to put more into it though (maybe another 50k?). a fast food franchise wouldn't be a bad idea. i don't see America slowing down on the fast food any time soon. too bad In and Out is kept within their family... they are always busy! we have both really always wanted to open up an indoor rock climbing gym, but $150k probably wouldn't be enough to do that. the rock climbing gym is his overall goal though. we are both rock climbers and we've been to several gyms, and now we have come up with an idea to really make a climbing gym even better. so even if the 150k isn't enough and he has to do something else with the money first to make more money, eventually he wants a climbing gym
