Skullz
Very good amplifiers and very clean sounding, but after 20+ years when you push them to the limits everyday for many hours at a time it was just a matter of time till they finally gave up. Like i said in my other post about speakers, the 6.5's and even 6x9's won't last for long playing full range at full tilt, make no mistake though on how well you can get them to sound but it is just a matter of time till they give up from the extreme excursion they receive at the lower frequencies. The next best thing you can do is to run some midbass speakers in your kicks, but it will require some serious modifications to do right, but it has been done with great success. Going full range is a tough challenge to get right without damaging your equipment in the process, most people that have ripped surrounds on their comps overlook the extreme excursion the lower frequencies put on them causing them to rip or tear apart. 01 Ford focus ZX3 Pioneer AVH-X491BHS PPI PC 4800.2 Morel Maximo 6.5" x2
notorious97200
You can add a small and thin subbox. Most mainstream brands have those little sub systems : you will not have 30Hz playing, but a good low end extension, using only your underseat or your glove box. Don' t try to play 30 Hz with your door speakers.A good set in a good instal will give you enough "bass" when parked, and when driving you will listen to what's left ! black BMW X1 2.0 l 192 hp OEM head unit, Amplifiers : Audison AP 8.9 amp with integrated DSP and Ampere Audio 1200. Focal ES 100 K in front doors, and Dayton RS 180 for midbass under the front seats. 2 SSA DEMONS 10" subs, in a 2.6 ft3 ported box. SecondSkin Damplifier on front doors, and Luxury Liner Pro for the cargo area.

RooTxBeeR
Why not get a DD6.5? May come at a cost but will be very small airspace even in a ported box. I've looked into these also but there is literally not enough space in the back or under the seats, everywhere you would think there would be space there just is no space. I might just have to sacrifice producing any bass in this car unfortunately
