Aj11 Posted January 2, 2014 Report Posted January 2, 2014 if your shocks/struts are gone with all the weight of coarse your gonna get squrilly! think of it like this. you have a 700lb ball on a string, when you push it away its gonna come back like a pendulum! this Is what your car is doing on the ice. your hitting bumps and taking turns, well your car will rock and get worse with speed and your tires will slide. this pendulum effect won't stop because your suspension isn't strong enough to stop the weight from rocking. your wall is the ball your suspension is the string. you need to make your string suspension into another Rock! jvc deck stinger 1800 front hc 2000 kinetic rear 2 runs of 1/0g big 3/4 ct 60.4 2 ct 1400.1 ct EXO 15 d1 lots of deadner type r comps front stage 6 kicker tweets rear stage lots of great stuff coming soon ho alt more bats ct comps for front stage more deadner sweet amp rack lots of L.E.D lights new deck (thinking 80 prs, or flip out)
bcbrassard Posted January 2, 2014 Report Posted January 2, 2014 Sounds like you need some work done to make it safe. Wouldnt wait until next fall. Totaling your ride, hurting yourself or others not worth it. Seasonal vehicle until you get it fixed. just my 2 cents.

bcbrassard Posted January 2, 2014 Report Posted January 2, 2014 Nice post on that topic that "the wall help saved his life". Dont think it will help save the lives of anyone else possible involved in accident because the car handles unsafely. Just saying its not worth driving fast or far on bad road conditions.
WillPwn4Food Posted January 3, 2014 Author Report Posted January 3, 2014 How much weight do you have behind the rear axle? Couldn't be more than... 300 or so. Amp, rack, couple batts. Everything else is in front of rear axle. I won't be going far with it if that's the case. I reeeeaaallllyyy don't wanna drop a ton of money into the suspension if I'm just bagging it after the competition season anyways. Wall build: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/174827-walled-taurus-with-lambo-doors/#entry2571893 real men dont use fuses Neither do moronsSays the guy with lambo doors on his Ford Taurus.
Katt Posted January 3, 2014 Report Posted January 3, 2014 My car was walled, Also had the rear deck cut out with no sway bar on the rear strut mounts. Never had a single issue, And i went offroad mudding, sliding around in my car, all kinds of stupid shit. Not once had a issue. Even drove it to florida and back without a problem. Have you checked the rear end for anything loose or take it in to a mechanic and have it mechanically checked out and not just visually? *06 330i - Sundern x12 - saz-3500* *91 Foxbody V1 S-Trim Notch*
