That one is listed for 39 and change with 11k almost on it. I can do a brand new one for about the same if i hit the rebates at the right time. Would be a lot more cheaper to swap a 6.2 and the 6 speed auto out of a totaled Caddy into a 94-96 SS car. One of my favorite tow rig builds ever.. 06 F-550 with a 24 valve Cummins swap.
