Only thing i see is that you are building your box with chip board are you gonna glass it up

Yes it will be glassed on the inside (resin and mat). Outside will be resin then mat then resin then scuff it up then sprayed with herculiner (will be in bed).

I used the nailgun on the 45's inside but screws on the outside. Your right though would look much better had I used the nailgun for all.

Builds been real slow due to cold weather and being over worked by job and wife. I haven't been taking too many pics cause Anyways today I got the new wood midgate in for a test fit and went ahead and bolted the box on too hear the box. I tested it with a pair of old type r's I had laying around. It sounded really good so I thought hell why not push the subs a little well I did and damn they got loud but they started smoking and I mean smoke rolling out of the port.... they never locked up but did play even while smoking.

Yes thats resin in all the counter sink holes then sanded smooth..... still a lot of work to do on the new midgate but working on the mounting of factory brackets then make it pretty.

for future reference...i have been told that if the glue dries white then thats a bad thing...it was probably too cold outside when you applied it and white means it probably didnt adhear very good....it should dry to like a dark yellowish/brown color, next time throw a heat lamp in there....or hell, i helped a fellow member build a box and i just held a blowdryer on all of the seams...

i likes me some audio stuff...

Yeah it was too cold out that night but by morning it was a brownish color..... Thanks for the heads up. BTW I quit being lazy and used your calculator to build the box then verified it with EXPO SPORT to make sure. Nice work on the excel calculator.
