It's a never ending battle. We cant get tickets any longer in panama city beach, but apparently sitting in any parking lot anywhere while people stand around and admire my woofas, is considered loitering and i was forced to leave the premises unless i was to go into the bowling alley and spend money. AFTER, spending $130 on bowling with my family of 14 on my 13 year old nephews birthday party.

Will it ever end?

Same as I said in the other thread. You can blame us assholes who came down there on spring break. I think that's the reason they're cracking down on it.

I got a ticket for the last spring fling for outside krome loudhorns in front of lavela, im like, im 600 yars from lavelas front door and i can hear their music, you got me for 25ft of excessive volume

There's just so many other things to worry about, but they officially cant give noise ordinance tickets here any longer, only disturbing the piece after 10:00 in a residential area

There are ways to legally fight disagreeable laws without bitching on forums. You need to create a local petition and get members of the city to sign it. You must first determine how many sig's are required for the the city board to consider it. Once you have said number of sigs, present it and argue why the law is extreme or unlawful, or unfair.

Why do people incessantly bitch and complain about the cops... If they ask you to leave then just do it... The more you fight and bitch about it the bigger they make the ticket and the worse it ends up for the rest of us... Just take the ticket like a man and STFU and go on about your day or move along whatever they tell you etc

I never really had any problems with the Police and with my system or showing it off. I also can say I do not have a insane system either. But like Smoke said, just do what they say then take the ticket to court and explain everything to the judge if you feel you where not doing anything wrong.

It wasnt even so much the beating down, it was just that people were standing around my truck, he made me leave for loitering and said i wasnt helping the business. The manager of rockit lanes came into my shop today and i was talking to her, she said she knows who the officer was and that he's a prick and apologized to me and said she'll look into it. You cannot get a ticket for being loud in panama city anymore as of last summer, it officially got dropped. What i was mostly pissed about is that the officer was extremely rude and had no reasonable explanation as to why my "loitering" was an issue. No trespassing, no complaints from the owners of the property, he just didnt like my truck. Mary at rockitlanes says were welcome to beat down in her parking lot anytime, whenever any of my fellow smd members visit pcb hmu and we'll go demo the staff members and vacationers.

It's literally the same parking lot where thunderbeach is held..
