I ask because I am running one off a ct 1400 @ .5 and the sub never gets hot or smells at all. The voltage of my truck is 13.7 so no 14.4 here. Amp never gets hot either. According to the amp dyno this amp puts out 2400 @1 ohm 14.4. I am sure it's a bit more @.5 but I understand I won't get all that power to the sub. So anyway how much?
