deadbroke
I bought a rf t4000 a few years ago for about 1600 well I was thinking about getting another one but its an old amp and I have seen a lot of other high powered amps around. is it worth it to get another t4000 or sale the one I have and replace it with one larger amp? any suggestions because im thinking I could pick up something twice the power for about the same price I bought my original t4000. I have thought about some dc amps but you guys have some awesome builds so ill take the advice
Smoove
How much power are you looking to get to? For that price that you paid for the t4000 I would keep it since your probably not going to get anywhere close to that.

TeamHT
I wish I kept at least one of my T4000s. You should be able to find one in great condition for $800 shipped so it's not outrageous and can be cheaper than other similar power output amplifiers. If you love your T4000 then I say get another one. If you're wanting something cheaper and current you have a bunch of options. If you're working to wait...maybe see what Tantric comes out with Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?
Smoove
T2500bdcp is like 1500w less than the T4000, and its like a foot shorter. Don't know your setup but make sure you have space for another T4k. What is your goal power, that would help us give you an answer. 2 Team Fi 15's v1 2 DD M5's 970amps of Alt 6th order blowthroughThe truck Blowthrough build : http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/155555-smooves-1996-chevy-ext-cab-c1500-slow-build/The 350z build : http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/170694-smooves-2003-nissan-350z/ My FB page https://www.facebook.com/pages/Smooves-Car-Audio-and-performance/719746144805343 Team Fi Audio http://www.ficaraudio.com/
John Fassetta
A t4000 is a pretty awesome amp to have. If you're looking for something in the 8000 watt range I'd imagine its cheaper to just add to what you already have. That's some pretty serious power. deadbroke
I suppose ill find another one to be honest I haven't even hooked it up yet but more power never hurt anyone. I was thinking about doing 2 18s or 4 15s in my truck dodge ram mega cab. Already made a triple alt bracket and deadened the whole interior. I've been at a stand still for a little for work reasons but I'm always deciding how to finish my truck
