You do not need to glass or foam. Trust me. Foaming is the lazy way. Y wall is all wood and weather stripping and I'd bet you can't get the panels out without knowing what angle to pull on them. I didn't even need to screw them in to the bracing but I did just because. I think the issue with his is that a flat plane puts it into the windows. Which then makes for a really weird shape

You are correct. You can't beat the panels when they fit like that. Very solid. I just think every application is different. My old cars wall panels were tight as hell against the B pillar trim. Now, in my truck, the location of the baffle made it very difficult to fit like that because of the angles and contours of the body. I'm still not 100% happy with my panels. So for me I may try glassing at some point. Just my thought.

that is my issue, the sides since they fit just into the windows, i have to get the right angle all the way up, plus, the 6 or so cuts below the window with how the stock panel is. There are so many angles and different cuts to make it is very irritating trying to get the panel to fit properly.

Build a beauty panel that sits really close to the edges of the side of the vehicle but not exactly on it, then put some weatherstripping on the edge of the panel so when the back door is shut, its airtight. Thats the way a buddy and I did it on my wall build in another car.

To get the measurement perfect all you need to do is measure every quarter inch top to bottom of the wall width-wise, trace it on mdf, sand the imperfections and attatch it to the side of the wall. Presto, you're done
