CleanSierra Posted February 21, 2015 Author Report Share Posted February 21, 2015 The bracing I'm calling Stage 1 because I plan to add a form of gusset from the top horizontal bar to the vertical upright braces. As it sits, I used to be able to pull on the cab just below the window at the port opening and move the window. Now it doesn't budge when I BANG on it. I'm going to play on the current setup to see how it does, then go from there. The 3M panel bond is an AMAZING substance. It cured in 4 hours and holds like crazy. I prepped both surfaces with a grinder and NO solvents. You can't use even acetone. Now that I have the 2 part gun, I'd be interested in other stuff that 3M makes.
