davinci701 Posted February 20, 2014 Report Posted February 20, 2014 Just want to know the difference between OFC and CCA which is better shouldnt get locked since im only asking about wire in general not a brand right? because i just bought some wire from a company that likes to spell stuff with K's and yea supposed to be a bigger thicker wire but to me looks like all the did was not make the coating a thick but anyway yea the difference thanks for any help

ric006 Posted February 20, 2014 Report Posted February 20, 2014 really depends on where you live too i like to use OFC for winter states and raining states i live in AZ so you can use CCA in a all dry place and not have problems like you would back east
