SnowDrifter
I don't mean to sound like I'm sticking my nose up, or that I'm ungrateful for your help, but every open barrel connector tool I've seen is shaped differently than that one. It has guides to help shape the "ears" properly, kind of like a stapler. Like this one. I'm concerned the style you posted might not work as well ~~~~~~~~SAY NO TO PHOTOBUCKET~~~~~~~~ Snow's DD-1 tracks here: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/167433-snows-dd-1-tracks/ My take on OFC vs CCA: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110381-things-that-piss-you-off-in-the-car-audio-world/?do=findComment&comment=2461444

SnowDrifter
Going to rephrase my question I can't find a tool that will handle a terminal this size. I know what the tool is (I have one for smaller terminals I use all the time) but I need something that can handle the larger ones - a 4 gauge terminal. The ones that are being posted are great, don't get me wrong. But not really what I'm looking for ~~~~~~~~SAY NO TO PHOTOBUCKET~~~~~~~~ Snow's DD-1 tracks here: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/167433-snows-dd-1-tracks/ My take on OFC vs CCA: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110381-things-that-piss-you-off-in-the-car-audio-world/?do=findComment&comment=2461444
