The general rule of thumb due to taking some power away for efficiency, is fusing x 10 = a general power output.

5k generally need 400-500a of fusing

2k generally need like 150-200

etc.

So with 2 60 amp fuses even at 14.4 then the max wattage out is 1728 watts

Do the math based on real input voltage and even then that number doesn't mean anything unless the amp internally is capable of transforming the input power into output efficiently

That is considering the amp is 100% efficient as well. More than likely if it is being run at 1 ohm and is a class D amp it is going to be in the 50-65% efficiency range, which would mean it may be capable of 1100 watts at the absolute max.

like say my old sony xplod amp that says 1200 watts and it has 2 30 amp fuses couldn't do 1000 watts if it wanted to
