I had to wait a whopping 5 hours... But again, as others said, call. I wouldn't do it when they open (i tried 2 different days, no answer). Wait about 45 mins or so after they open and call. Believe it was Brian and got me all squared away. Told me 14 business days and it'll be sent, received it in 7...total days. Installed it the very next day. Wasn't fun. But, it's on and it's working. They have always responded back to me within a few hrs. That's one of the things i really like about mechman is their great customer service.
