Thinking about finally upgrading my headlights and fogs. Can't decide what color to go with, and whether or not to match the headlight and foglight color.

Kinda leaning towards 6k for all, but kinda like the yellow for the fogs.

Also, this is the site im looking at http://www.hidextra.com/shop-by-color/

Any better places to buy?

Ok.. My opinion..

For the headlights, 4300-6000k for the lows. I prefer 5000-6000k, but would settle for anything in the range.

For fogs, Id run either 3000K or match the lows.

As for kits, TheRetrofitSource (TRS) or XenonDepot.

Oh, and projectors plz

I don't know if you're looking for maximum functionality or a better outward appearance. 4300-5000K will output the greatest raw lumen number but won't be as 'welding arc' white/blue as something 6000K or higher. I would recommend 3000K 'yellow' for the fogs due to Rayleigh scattering. Yellow photons penetrate through precipitation as opposed to blue that refract on water molecules.

In my experience, DDMtuning used to be good but has since fallen off. I have installed sets from both DDMTuning and Moritmoto (Retrofit source), and the Retrofit Source kits completely destroy anything made by DDM. But it also depends on your budget.

Budget doesn't matter, I just want brighter than factory without too much blue, so probably 5k. For fogs, i can't decide between yellow and 5k. Also, I have the smoked covers on all the lights, so wondering how much each intensity would be affected.

Might do a 5k setup with a yellow lens for fogs. Again, just unsure how certain combinations would work.

I think you would lose output if you get a yellow lens cover vs having 3000k. but that's just me.
