Someone told me if you have bad credit all you have to do is find someone with good credit and apply for a credit car jointly and it automatically boosts your credit to equal or similar to theirs. Is this true? My credits not so good if this works im definitely interested.

It's the opposite actually, if someone with good credit signs off on you, that is if you even get the card, their credit takes a stock market drop! lol

Rome wasn't built In a day, and while you can fuck your credit up quick it takes forever to rebuild.

I heard that if you put a box loaded with Funky Pups next to a box loaded with Zv4's the Pups take on the specs of the Zv4's!

Rolex you sicken me.

Something I can shine some light on.

Here's a quick version of the how to fix your credit guidebook.

Step 1: Get your credit report. You can get one free annually from each of the credit agencies at www.annualcreditreport.gov . This does not include your score. I believe it's $5 to $10 more to get a numeric score at the end of your report. The information you actually need is in the free report.

Step 2: Check the report for any and all negative marks. Things such as a late payment will show a date where it no longer affects you, you can't remove these any quicker. Outstanding debts, missed payments, etc will show up as well. The only way to remove those is to pay them and then wait for the reduced status to expire. Make sure you verify that the addresses and accounts that are listed actually belong to you. Your report will be skewed and have an unknown impact if it lists an incorrect previous address, debt, or account.

Step 3: Moving forward, no late payments no missed payments. Your score is affected mostly by the following items first: available credit (having a 5,000 card with a 0 balance = $5000 available credit; having a $10k card with a 9k balance= 1k available credit), age of your credit accounts (accounts in good standing for 2yrs+), age of your credit history (did you just open all your accounts in the last year or is it a collection of accounts over your lifetime).

Believe it or not, these impact your score greater than "bad credit items" such as late payments.

Your credit isn't going to improve faster if you favor a 19% interest credit card account over a better rated lower balance 10% account.

Instead of getting a 21% interest rate Capital One card with a $1,000 limit, it's a more beneficial move to get 2 small accounts (say, $500) and fight for a lower interest rate.

I go over this because I've had friends assume that a higher interest rate card somehow "helps" your credit.

The truth as most of us know is your credit score will dictate both your credit limit and your credit interest rate, not the opposite.

edit:

tldr: pay all debts, no more late payments, acquire cards with low interest rates to put yourself in a better position to build credit

What can be done is what's called piggy backing. You don't apply for a joint card, that's just stupid. But you have someone who trusts you (and I swear to god you better not fuck them over) and have them add you as an authorized user. Basically their payment history is recorded to yours. You can have a good number but the score is only one aspect to your standing. You may have a 640 but if you don't have the history or revolving limit to back it up its what we would call a "soft" B. Whereas the number may be a B score...but it really isn't.

Use secured loans and a secured credit card on top of piggy backing and pay off all outstanding debt and you would be surprised by how much you can gain.

Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?

Quick fix credit. This is just information!!!!! Anything you do with it is under your own free will. Get your credit report and dispute everything that u r not paying on. While an item is in dispute it has to be taken off your credit report. Know apply for whatever it is u need the credit check will come back clean. You most have things on Ur credit that are being paid off and up to date.
