I'll admit, half way through sanding that fiberglass in the rain and cold while I was all itchy I was definitely starting to question why i was doing this haha

single SA-8 and 1400 watts?

Single SA-8, 4-ohm DVC (700w RMS). Sorry, forgot to add that part... I had a short conversation over that with Sundown and they recommended 4-ohm DVC rebuild. So that if I decide to go 2 SA-8's it'd be 1400w RMS @ 1 ohm.

sounds good then!

The remote knob has a "distortion" indicator, the distortion indicator only goes off when I play single beats, not long notes. There's no distortion according to the meter at all. The light doesn't go off.

I set my gains a quarter up, I haven't played with other settings on the amplifier really, as I don't know what to tune to yet.

Awesome! :)

I know this is asking too much, as I've read over and over .75 net. But would it be okay with 1.16 cu ft?Thanks :)

Way to big

I've been tinkering and I just can't get it right. Tried .75 cu in, and everytime I input, it's like 40Hz+. Is there a downfall to being too big of an enclosure? I'm all ears and this is literally my first successful box built.

Gotcha. Thank you!

Yes I the box is to big it's like having less pressure which helps the suspension. To big of a box can make the sub max out quicker

Any tips to making the dimensions work? I'm still playing around and it doesn't look good at all so far. I'm trying not to let the port go outside of the box.
