Mr DeeBeez
Thanks! Its not done, still gotta wire up the 4 channel and actually seal it off, then make it look pretty. And i know running at half ohm needs good electrical, but im dropping to mid 12's gonna check everything but i figured id have a little better voltage. And the dustcap and amp gets warm after only a couple of minutes not even full tilt. Any idea what i could do? Mr DeeBeez
Wired it up to 2 ohm for now. Getting about 1500 watts. Still sounds damn loud! Now my voltage doesn't drop below 13.5 . Much better Fi Team 18's (4) Crossfire 16k Crossfire 400.4 & 800.4 Pioneer AVH-X491bhs 140ah cmax CES 320's (2)
Mr DeeBeez
Upgraded my front speakers. Sounds more clear Now, but about the same volume. Probably because there only on head unit power till I get my 4-channel wired up. Then they will really come alive! bcbrassard
Ya some EQing will tone down the highs and make the midbass shine. Son had T169 on 105 watts and they got down good. I wanted these T168s for my brothers budget Ranger build but it was after RF did there price hike so we went with four P1683 off a PBR300x4 @ 85 watts per. I sound deadened the doors and pods and these speakers sounded great. Prime shallow 10 on a punch 300 @ 2 ohm. Nice little system. HU was a Pioneer App radio 2. Mr DeeBeez
Very nice! I should be getting the 4 channel put in with in a week or so. And after a bit of listening to my sub, I'm wanting to upgrade my amp /: really want a sundown or ampere audio, but we will see what the wallet will let me do.
